Technical Support Hello and welcome to our technical support page. Technical support is strictly for customers of GPG Inkjet Refills. If you require printer technical assistance please contact your printer manufacturer. Your printer manufacturer has their own website which will have a tech support division and will list the respective phone numbers. Here is a list of links: apple.com For customers, we ask that you provide your sales number that was sent to you in the transaction report via e-mail. Also include your printer model and the cartridge you are having trouble with and a detailed script of the problems you are encountering. If you do not have your sales order number for one reason or another, please include your full name and the refill kits that you purchased and we will cross reference you in our database.
