1. TRY to refill (you
would be surprised at how many people do not even try!). If you have
problems printing or with print quality you MUST access online technical
support for help - they are the only ones who can issue an RMA number for a
return, but they will try and help you first.
2. Very
Important! - You MUST refill the cartridge to qualify for tech
support or an eventual refund if applicable. You are not eligible for a
refund if you do not actually refill the cartridge, only credit.
3. If technical support
is not able to get your cartridge working - you qualify for a refund. The
total amount is refunded less shipping and handling (which can be used as a
credit towards future purchases).
4. If you do not access
technical support and simply send the package back to us, your package will
be refused and sent back to you. We have a list of technical support users
and cross reference with the returned packages.
NOTE: We do not offer
refunds to people who refuse packages for whatever reason, send packages
back unannounced, or decide they don't want to try! We work hard to prepare
refill kits for you and we trust that when you purchase them - you want to
use them.
