Our Product Guarantee

We guarantee you will be able to refill at least once, within 3 months (90 days), or your money back. This is the simplest way we know of to ensure that your experience with refilling is a positive one.

The following describes how to make the most of our guarantee.

  1. You have to TRY to refill (you would be surprised at how many people do not even try!). If you have problems printing or with print quality you MUST access online technical support for help.
  2. Very Important! - You MUST refill the cartridge to qualify for tech support or an eventual refund if applicable. You are not eligible for a refund if you do not actually refill the cartridge.
  3. If technical support is not able to get your cartridge working - and it is within the 3 month period - you qualify for a refund. The total amount is refunded less shipping and handling upon receiving the product back in our warehouse.
  4. If you do not access technical support and simply send the package back to us, your package will be refused. We have a list of technical support users and cross reference with the returned packages.

NOTE: We do not offer refunds to people who refuse packages for whatever reason, send packages back unannounced, or decide they don't want to try!
