Pigmented Black Inks are completely waterproof and resistant to fading by ultraviolet sun light. They are resistant to weather and chemical agents. They are Bar Code and OCR readable in the infrared, red and visible range.
Available for: HP51629A, HP51640A, HP51645A, HP51626A, HP51639A
Note: The HP51645A and HP51629A are the only HP cartridges that take waterproof ink by default. The other cartridges can use the waterproof ink but you will see a decrease in the life of the cartridge and there is a better chance of cloggin than with normal ink.
